After enjoying the MG Turn X, it’s time to take a look at a long running and always popular series, Super Robot Wars Original Generation! This Gesterben Kai is the Personal Trooper piloted by Selena, so let’s take a look at what’s in the box.

The size of the box is almost the same as a large Master Grade! You know that’s big for a 1/144 kit, but of course, all series are relative.

The side of the box shows some poses and weapons, and overall it’s looking quite detailed and beastly. Sadly, the boomerang can’t actually be launched.

As you crack open the box, the main colors of red red and white will pop right out at you.

Compared to some manuals where it’s all white space, this seems like it should be a fairly involved build.

You can add a paint job with the color guide included, and get a look at the pilot.

There are a load of plates, so here they are in alphabetical order.

For some final thoughts, overall, it seems to be a lot of work, thanks to a big chunk of plates and a quite complicated manual. This makes me expect more though from the gimmicks, the mobility and the size. It’s a great design, but the box doesn’t show off too many gimmicks, so will it’s looks be enough to turn your head?  Can’t wait to find out!
