Hi Syd & Ryan,
The Kong looks awesome! Why not go full ape with it, diorama and weathering.
For your next kit, do a Ma.k!!! I would like to see how it is build before trying one myself. 🙂
Thank you, keep up the good work!

I live in Okinawa and I frequently eat at Kagetsu Arashi. Good noodles here and how about CoCo’s Ichiban for curry? MMM MMMMM MMMM

Hey Sid & Ryan,
Been finally able to catch up and watch all of the episodes & have enjoyed watching hobbylink.TV. I’m currently hating on Ryan after I saw him show the self-build SDF-1 (j/k). I’ve been a Macross fan since I first saw it so I had to get one for myself but will probably be a while before I build it. For Ryan’s next build, I think it’s about time he did a MasterGrade kit since he has progressed alot from where he started. Personally, I think he can tackle the Ex-S since he likes big kits and it does TRANSFORM!
And Syd, when you showed your Yellowbird, you mentioned you used some aurora stickers for the rifle lens. Does HLJ carry any of those?

Unfortunately, those are all discontinued now. http://www.hlj.com/scripts/hljlist?qid=RZR5LS0MO&q=1&DisplayMode=images&Word=aurora&set=1&Dis=-2&MacroType2=optkit

Hi guys.
Shouldn’t this be episode 105? After 104 and the Stein special…
Or did I miss it?
Ryan Gunpla TV
We counted the special episode as 105.

Hi Sid and Ryan,
Ryan, in response to your question about what to do next; it’s the 30th anniversary of the original Macross and Hobbylink Japan does sell these kits! I would love to see you tackle a VF1-J or maybe a Tactical Pod Regult. I know that the VF1-J Battroid is a quick build but needs glue, sanding, and paint. I understand if that is a deal breaker but please consider it! Retro is cool! 🙂
Thank You, I love the show

Hi Syd and Ryan,
I just notice, Is this suppose to be the episode 105 or is it really 106?
If it’s the episode 106 thus that the previous episode special edition was the episode 105?. just curious though. 🙂 this made me comment in your website. 😛
By the way, I was looking for more future episode, and I was just starting with this hobby since November 2012, Got my 3 PG kits and a NG 1/60 scale from a trade and got my 1st MG this early February 2013 and because of you, POSTERING that PG Aile Strike Clear Color Version 30th Anniversary Edition. this thing like “I must get that Gundam Kit / Gunpla NO MATTER WHAT IT CAUSE!” came up 🙂 nah, just can’t wait to have mine. probably early this summer (asia). can’t wait 🙂 hope to see that kit of yours with inner frame paint, with half of it’s armors on and showing the half of it’s inner frame to show the paint. And I’m also planning to paint the inner frame when I get one. Since it’s Clear, it’s noticeable. 🙂
and sorry for not so good english 😛

Hi Syd and Ryan, my name is Maxim, I’m from Moscow, from Russia.
Thanks for interesting episode!
Nice Kong, Ryan, but where is your finished Millenium Falcon? 😉
Thank you Syd, after this episode – I ordered Sinanju Stein Ver. Ka ) It was a gift for me on Day of the Defender of the Fatherland (which was in 23rd of february).
And, guys, tell us your secret – when will be the next Sci-fi competition?
Brian
Hi Sid and Ryan,
Congratulations Ryan on your massive Kong !?? Looks awesome! I’m curious on how your are going to paint it. Are you going to Gloss Coat that metallic finish, flat coat it, or leave it as is ?
And congratulations to Sid on your new job. You are now in charge of Bandai’s Gundam design department. What gimmicks and favorite colours would you pick if you could build a Gundam from scratch? Perhaps an MG Black Tri-star Clear version Sinanju, or maybe a steampunk version Wing Gundam …with real wings?
Thanks for the always entertaining and informative show.
Brian from Toronto
PS And congratulations to me for just passing the Level 2 Japanese Language Proficiency Test. Yokatta!!
