Bandai should have stuck with one or the other for this kit honestly. I don’t really like the gold plating myself, but this color for the frame is just terrible imo. I’d much rather Badai just use one color of plastic to represent things like gold, makes it a lot easier to go in one direction or the other during painting.
I’m not much a fan of the X. I am definitely looking forward to the MG Sazabi however, I want to see how that monster stacks up with The O. I’ll agree with Ger, I’m super tired of all these variants of suits that are meh. I’m praying for two MG’s next year: an MG Geara Zulu, and an MG Jegan. I wouldn’t be all too sad if we got an MG Gouf Custom…[Read more]
Personally im with you on The geara zulu mg im just so tierd os all the seed kits how many mor of them do we need to endure and a rozen zulu would just be icing on the MG cake wouldent you agree
I saw your vid on Youtube, and I must say I really like the colors you managed to achieve via paint. They’re a little more subdued by comparison, at least to me which is something I tend to lean towards in paint jobs. Awesome job keep it up!

Hey White-Crow, i’m glad you liked it! it’s actually the standard parts from the 3.0 kit, they’re the clear thrusters insert parts. I painted the back of them in tamiya clear blue enamel, and then painted the three dots in the middle of each part, with a mix of blue and white (to make it light blue). The effect even surprised me!
If Heavy Arms does get chosen, I’ll probably change the color scheme to the custom version from the old kit back then. http://www.hlj.com/product/BAN59767/Gun
Thanks, and good luck to you to if did enter! I love building model kits but changing color or even painting will be my first time. so yeah. Thanks again.
It’s hard for me to actually pick just one series. I was fortunate enough to start off with the original series which really exposed me to giant robots. That being said, while it does hold a special place in my heart, I can’t say it’s my favorite. That title belongs to the 08th Mobile suit team. I loved the overall gritty-ness of the series. It…[Read more]
